Wayne moderated the Developer�s Panel discussing advanced learning systems issues and problems from the technology providers or suppliers' viewpoint. The panel was comprised of companies representing tool development, learning system infrastructure developers, technology enablers, content developers and web-based training delivery. This annual conference serves as a multidisciplinary forum for the exchange of information on the research, development, and applications of all topics related to the Web. This encompasses the use, applications and societal and legal aspects of the Internet in its broadest sense.
