Learning Without Limits

Learning Without Limits is a series of three publications written and produced by Informania, Inc. staff members from 1996-2000. In each Volume, Informania's instructional designers, technologists, executive team and industry partners documented their explorations, observations and experiences with several early projects involving elearning, learning objects and competency based learning designs.

Volume I was published in 1996 with Network Publishing Inc. as a collection of white papers by Steve Allen, Elliott Masie, Anne Derryberry, Ellen Wagner and Al Viera. This volume is out of print, and there are no known electronic copies.

Learning Without Limits Volume II was published in 1998 with OnDemand, Inc. and was written to examine an emerging online phenomenon that was not quite yet known as elearning. Articles include the following:

  • Ellen D. Wagner. Creating effective electronic learning.

Originally released as an ejournal in January, 2000, Learning Without Limits Vol 3 was published by Viviance new education in October 2000 following their acquisition of Informania, Inc.
