Which resources help with New Employee Training?

Specific question: ``I'm developing a new employee training program for a new group in the company. Are there any really good resources I could look at to get ideas?"

Marcia's answer: I've done a lot of work over the years creating new employee training programs. When searching the web, I've found very few resources out there. While culling some of my original work to include here, check out the resources I did find. If you know of others, please let me know!

Background

New Employee Training is more than answering Who's my boss? What's my job? Who can I trust? How do I get a raise? What can get you fired? How hard do I have to work? Do we compete or collaborate? Should I mention this great idea I have? Where is the bathroom? A good new employee training program helps someone new to an organization get a sense of your culture, norms, processes, and rhythm so that they can feel like a true contributor fast and in a meaningful way.
