Big Picture: Marcia’s energy and experience in the learning industry allow her to juggle several different responsibilities. She is the editor of Learning in the New Economy e-Magazine (LiNE Zine), coaches several business executives on how to grow their organizations and balance their lives, manages Learnativity.com, helps the Chaordic Commons introduce Chaordic principles to the world, and is writing a book on learning through life.

She does this all from her home on a farm in the woods in Hanover County Virginia. She lives there with her husband Karl, Schipperke dog, and assorted animals.
