One of the best ways to keep up with the advances in training is to read T & D journals and magazines. There are plenty out there! Here is a list of the major periodicals for the field.

With advances in Web technology, I hope we see more and more periodicals move on-line or at least offer some articles so we can retrieve them quickly. Thankfully, many of the editors and publishers have e-mail addresses. Let them know we'd like to see more of their work on-line. We don't have time to waste.
